TGIF! Game Updates for February 28, 2020

Happy Friday everyone!

As the month comes to a close we have another week of development news to jump right into. Also a special shout out to any leap-year Birthdays!

Support System/Ticket Update

We have some exciting news regarding our Support Platform.

Due to the growth of our game, and our ever expanding player base, we are going to be making a switch from Kayako to Helpshift! Helpshift's services will be a major upgrade for our players, particularly those who play on our mobile app.

What does this mean for you, the player? Well, it means you'll have an easier time getting in touch with us - no more double logins and losing track of your tickets, a quicker response time from our Player Success Representatives and a much more intuitive Knowledgebase for all your questions about the game.

We will be rolling out the change to various games/devices over the next few weeks.

Players won't be able to retain their previous ticket history from Kayako once we make the full shift. If there is important information you wish to retain in those tickets, please take the time to save that now. Players will no longer be able to login to Kayako as of March 22nd.

Zombie Slayer is up first and will have access to the new Support portal on Monday afternoon.

After the initial form is submitted, all continued correspondence will happen via email. Stay tuned to our TGIF and News feed for more updates as this continues and releases for the rest of our games.

In Game Events!

Battle Royale Practice mode is live in LCN! Check out the mode and sharpen your skills in a no-risk environment. Achievements for the event are also available now, so go for those wins! Currently Practice mode is available on Desktop only, but will be coming to the mobile app next week.

The Cannibal Fleet Raid Boss has arrived in Pirate Clan. Call on your Armada and gather your Captains to complete this challenge!

Lastly, February's chat colour and emoji have been retired. However, keep your eyes peeled for a March theme coming next week.

Next Week's Admin Blitz Event

Next week, we'll be holding an Admin Blitz in Zombie Slayer! If you're around on the following date, make sure to drop by and nab some sweet cash off of some Kano folk:

Tuesday, March 3: Zombie Slayer server 1 @ 3:00 pm Pacific and Zombie Slayer server 2 @ 3:30 pm Pacific.
