TGIF! Pirate Clan Updates for August 9, 2024

Happy Friday, players!

Hopefully everyone has had some chance to enjoy the sunshine this summer and get that all important vitamin D, but don’t forget the sunscreen! The Kano team isn’t slowing down and we got lots coming over the next few weeks and beyond. In particular, if you’re a big fan of Blitz events then I would check out below…so let’s jump into it!

In-Game Updates:

Mystical ancient magic users of the depths have awoken and turned their gaze towards the fleets of Pirate Clan. The Cecaelia Raid Boss has launched their assault, burning ships and pulling sailors down to the depths to rot. Take on this powerful Boss to grow stronger and claim your rewards, but be warned that there is something else going on this week…

The return of the Raid Bounties Event! Davy Jones has placed a series of Bounties on the Cecaelia Raid Boss and completing each one will earn you a powerful item. As you take on harder bounties the rewards get even better, plus there is a leaderboard that will reward bonus prizes at the end based on your placement. With the sun beaming and the winds soaring there is no better weather for sailing, so let’s celebrate the season with the Summer Sale! Available right now in-game you can check out the brand new bundles of the item set and Favor Points. This exclusive promotion will be running until Saturday August 10th @ 9AM PDT. The Sunshine Swashbuckler is a strong matey to add to any crew going into battle.

Starting today and available until Monday August 12th @ 10AM PDT is the weekend Calendar Challenge - Krazy Kart Ride! Check it out while you can and earn yourself the clear bonus item.

As teased in our intro, starting on Monday August 12th is a Blitz Week! All week long there will be an increase in Blitz events running in the game. Keep your eyes peeled and your gold ready, good luck players!

Over the last few weeks there have been issues with our bonus boost links for mobile players. This week we released a fix for this, so these should be working normally again for everyone! Make sure to have the latest version of the mobile app downloaded and our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of FP! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
