TGIF! Pirate Clan Updates for February 21, 2025
Happy Friday, players!
Thanks to everyone that checked out the new Battle Royale mode Toxic Takedown! We’d love to get your feedback on the new mode or just in general what you’d like to see in Battle Royale, so please send us a ticket. Now, let’s jump into the news of the week!
In-Game Updates:
Initially it was believed to be just an old ship drifting off the coast. With nobody in sight you and your crew approach to learn more. With a sudden great groan and splintering of wood the giant raises itself from the shallow water. Watch out! The Shambling Titan Raid Boss is attacking! You and your fellow Captains will need to muster all your strength to bring this Boss down and claim the rewards. But beware, for there is something else going on during this Raid…
Raid Fusion has returned! During this special Raid event actions (attacks or heals) against the Shambling Titan Raid Boss will earn you Components. These Components can then be used to fuse together with the regular Raid drops to create more powerful items. Eventually you can work your way up to Mythic level items! There is also an event leaderboard where you can earn bonus rewards based on your performance. Celebrate the month of love with the Valentine’s Sale! There are all new special items and Favor Point bundles to check out, they’ll only be around until Saturday February 22nd @ 9AM PST. Set sail on the Valentine Cupid Carrack if you need a vessel with great attack and defense.
Next week starting on Monday February 24th is Blitz Week! All week long there will be an increase in the amount of Blitz events running. Keep an eye out and get that bonus XP!
Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!
Tip of the Week: In Battle Royale you can increase the amount of Stamina used which will boost the rewards you can earn like XP and Lootcases!

We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of FP! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
- 25 FP bonus for signing up
- Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
- Switch between devices or logging onto other Kano hosted sites
- Specials offers on Kanoplay
