TGIF! Pirate Clan Updates for January 17, 2025

Happy Friday, players!

We hope the start of 2025 has been kind to you all. Over with the Kano team things have been busy as we’ve finalized some exciting updates planned for the games in the coming months and year ahead. We can’t wait to share more and for now let’s jump into the news of the week!

In-Game Updates:

Our newest mini-game makes its return! The Royal Plunder Challenge is live now and runs until January 20th. Destroy the vessel to earn XP and Cash and by dealing enough damage and destroying it, you’ll earn yourself the clear bonus Item! The Armada Wars event begins today! Pirate Clan players can dive in starting at 10AM (PST). Rally your team and make sure you’re all enrolled before it kicks off. Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!

The call to Adventure returns in the 'Floating City': a NEW Prestige Location is now available in Pirate Clan! Eligible Pirates can now take on Bronze Tier Adventures in this Location to earn bonus Coin, XP, Skill Points, and Prestige Coins. Next week join us for an Admin Blitz event! If you're around on the following date, make sure to drop by & nab some sweet Coin off of the Kano folk. Watch out for the group chats that get posted beforehand and remember to bump up those Admins Killed and Listed stats.

Admin Blitz events will now also have a special Kano item giveaway, so don’t miss out! We hope to see you there on:

Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

Tip of the Week: If you sent in a ticket and haven't heard back from us after a couple days, please check your spam or junk folders in your email inbox. Sometimes our messages can get redirected there and players miss our replies.

For our Discord community, each Friday you can join Matthew and the Player Success team for the Discord Stream! On Fridays at 12PM PST you can join us live in our growing Kano Community Discord. We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of FP! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
