TGIF! Pirate Clan Updates for October 25, 2024

Happy Friday, players!

If you haven’t noticed yet, we have a new segment in the TGIF (right above the Coming Soon section) called Tip of the Week! We’ll include some handy tips that you may not know (or remember) that can improve your gaming experience. Now let’s jump into the news of the week!

In-Game Updates:

The Armada Wars event begins today! Pirate Clan players can dive in starting at 10AM (PDT). Rally your team and make sure you’re all enrolled before it kicks off. Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!

A new Prestige Location has just been released in Pirate Clan; more Adventures await you in Return to the Lost World! Eligible Pirates can now take on Bronze Tier Adventures in this Location to earn bonus Coin, XP, Skill Points, and Prestige Coins. Next week join us for an Admin Blitz event! If you're around on the following date, make sure to drop by & nab some sweet Coin off of the Kano folk. Watch out for the group chats that get posted beforehand and remember to bump up those Admins Killed and Listed stats.

Admin Blitz events will now also have a special Kano item giveaway, so don’t miss out! We hope to see you there on:

Tuesday, October 29th - Server 1, Server 2, and the Kongregate & Armor Servers @ 3PM (PDT).

Next week starting Monday October 28th @ 10AM and running until Friday November 1st @ 10AM is the Halloween Calendar! Work your way through this seasonal challenge to earn yourself XP and the clear bonus items.

Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

Tip of the Week: If you’re looking for more fights check out Captain Skirmish in the settings! It will allow you to fight with friends who also have this setting turned on without needing to unfriend one another.

For our Discord community, every Friday you can join Matthew and the Player Success team for the Discord Stream! On Fridays at 12PM PDT you can join us live in our growing Kano Community Discord. We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of FP! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:

Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
Switch between devices or logging onto other Kano hosted sites
