TGIF! Pirate Clan Updates for September 6, 2024
Happy Friday, players!
We’ve got a brand new special Raid Event coming this month, Vault Breaker! It is starting out in Pirate Clan this week and will be rolling along to all 4 games. Keep your eyes on the TGIF for all the info you need when it comes around and stay tuned for our next big Livestream coming later this month. With all that said, let’s jump into it!
In-Game Updates:
As you put your spyglass to your eye, you can’t believe what you’re seeing. A massive formidable vessel charging straight towards you. Decked out with cannons on each side, as well as giant swivel guns at both the bow and stern. Despite that level of firepower, what really catches your attention is the captain. With an eyepatch covering one eye and a war cry that can be heard from your ship, it is the Powder Monkey Raid Boss and they are coming for you! Prepare yourselves Pirates because this isn’t going to be a typical Raid…
Welcome to the Vault Breaker Raid Event! During this event as you battle the Powder Monkey Raid Boss, you’ll recruit 1 of 5 different Crew Members everytime you complete 1000 actions. From there you’ll use your Crew Members to break open Vaults that house valuable loot. The bigger the Vault, the better the prize! As you open Vaults you’ll also climb the event leaderboard which will give out even more rewards at the end. If you’re a Pirate that loves treasure this is an event you won’t want to miss. The summer is coming to a close and that means the Back to School Sale is on now! Running only until Saturday September 7th @ 9am PDT, there are all new item bundles with Favor Points to check out. Don’t miss out on this limited time promotion and if you’re in need of some extra firepower then check out the School Escort Ship, it really packs a wallop!
Don’t miss out on the Weekend Calendar - Apple Pickin! Starting @ 10AM today (Friday September 6th) and running only until Monday September 9th @ 10AM. Completing this challenge will earn you not only XP, but the clear bonus item as well!
Next week starting Monday morning kicks off Blitz Week! There will be an increased number of Blitz events running all week long, so get your gold ready and remember to always keep an eye on the Bounty List!
Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of FP! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
- 25 FP bonus for signing up
- Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
- Switch between devices or logging onto other Kano hosted sites
- Specials offers on Kanoplay
