TGIF! Viking Clan Updates for August 23, 2024
Happy Friday, players!
Thank you to everyone that joined us for our 5000 Subscriber Livestream this past week! It was a fantastic Livestream and everyone that tuned in not only walked away with a Kano Lootcase, but the brand new exclusive Ruby Skull item. In-Game Updates:
The Guild Wars event begins today! Viking Clan players can dive in starting at 10AM (PDT). Rally your team and make sure you’re all enrolled before it kicks off. Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!
The Alfheim - Godly Trials have been re-opened - A NEW Prestige Location has just been released in Viking Clan! Eligible Vikings can now complete Bronze Tier Adventures to earn bonus XP, extra Coin, SP, and Prestige Coins. Next week join us for an Admin Blitz event! If you're around on the following date, make sure to drop by & nab some sweet Coin off of the Kano folk. Watch out for the group chats that get posted beforehand and remember to bump up those Admins Killed and Listed stats.

Tuesday, August 27th - Server 1, Server 2, and the Kongregate & Armor Servers @ 3PM (PDT).
Last week season 46 of the Battle Pass was released! There are brand new Free and Premium Reward tracks to clear. The rewards are plentiful from new customization options, Favor Points, boosts and the final bonus item set! Check it out while you can because it is only available until September 11th.
Don’t miss out on the brand new Gemstone Crates that are available now! There is an all new Legendary item set up for grabs. Also just a reminder that the 3 X Master Crates set always comes with at least one guaranteed Legendary drop. Good luck!
Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of FP! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
- 25 FP bonus for signing up
- Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
- Switch between devices or logging onto other Kano hosted sites
- Specials offers on Kanoplay
