TGIF! Zombie Slayer Updates for August 16, 2024

Happy Friday, players!

Did you know that today is National Tell a Joke Day? Well if you didn’t, now you do! In case you missed it, each week at the end of the TGIF we’ll share our “Lame Joke of the Week”. If you think you got a great one, pop over to our Discord to let us know and it may find its way into an upcoming TGIF. Now with all that said, let’s jump into it!

In-Game Updates:

Deep in the old woods, near a rundown cabin lurks an evil presence that most survivors avoid. A warped enemy lives there that puts your run-of-the-mill Zombies to shame with its strength and hunger. Prepare yourselves Slayers because we’re going in and will be face to face with the Wilder Raid Boss! Defeat this monstrosity and claim your rewards, but be warned because there is something else going on during this Raid…

The return of the Raid Bounties Event! The UN has placed a series of Bounties on the Wilder Raid Boss and completing each one will earn you a powerful item. As you take on harder bounties the rewards get even better, plus there is a leaderboard that will reward bonus prizes at the end based on your placement. It may be hard to do while trying to survive a Zombie Apocalypse, but don’t forget to take the time to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We’ll help with that with the Summer Sale! Available right now in-game you can check out the brand new bundles of the item set and UN Credits. This exclusive promotion will be running until Saturday August 17th @ 9AM PDT. The Summer Sunburst Bomb is a powerful attack item that will do a great job of clearing a room.

Our newest mini-game makes its return! The Stronghold Survival Challenge is live now and runs until August 19th. Build up your base to earn XP and Cash by using your trusty hammer to fill the Hit Points bar. Completing this Challenge will earn you the clear bonus item!

Don’t miss out on the brand new Gemstone Crates that dropped today! There is an all new Legendary item set up for grabs. Also just a reminder that the 3 X Master Crates set always comes with at least one guaranteed Legendary drop. Good luck!

With the lazy days of summer also comes summer camp! Starting Monday August 19th and running until August 23rd is the Kamp Kano Calendar! Completing this challenge will reward you with tons of XP plus the clear bonus item.

Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

We recently released a new method for players to acquire UN Credits through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra UN Credits for their account! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
