TGIF! Zombie Slayer Updates for November 1, 2024

Happy Friday, players!

Next week the Kano team is gathering together and meeting as a whole. One of the major areas of attention will be the recent economy changes, how that has impacted the game, the player feedback we've gotten so far and most importantly what will come next. We've gotten excellent feedback and had insightful conversations with players in the community over the last few weeks, so please continue to share your thoughts with us.

Which leads us to a topic we want to hear from you about - Raid campers. What defines a camper to you and why is it a problem? How would you like to see this fixed while not creating an unfair situation for those that do participate and try. This is something that has been mentioned a lot over the years, so please join us for our Discord Stream on Fridays to chat about it or send in a ticket to support@kanoapps.com.

In-Game Updates:

The Faction Wars event begins today! Zombie Slayer players can dive in starting at 10AM (PST). Rally your team and make sure you’re all enrolled before it kicks off. Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!

Happy Halloween! A new Prestige Location is now available in Zombie Slayer: return to historic Egypt (and fight hordes of undead)! Eligible Slayers can now take on Bronze Tier Outbreaks to earn bonus XP, Cash, SP, and Prestige Coins. The Admin Blitz has been rescheduled from next week to the week after! If you're around on the following date, make sure to drop by & nab some sweet Coin off of the Kano folk. Watch out for the group chats that get posted beforehand and remember to bump up those Admins Killed and Listed stats.

Admin Blitz events will now also have a special Kano item giveaway, so don’t miss out! We hope to see you there on:

Tuesday, November 12th - Server 1, Server 2, and the Kongregate & Armor Servers @ 3:30PM (PST).

Next week, starting on Monday November 4th is Blitz Week! There will be an increase in Blitz events running, so keep your eyes peeled and get that bonus XP!

Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

Tip of the Week: Check out the “Personal Medic” in the Fight settings in-game. Turning this on will trigger automatic healing when doing a Job or Fight when injured. Don’t worry this only triggers when you do an in-game action and not when you’re hurt by others.

We recently released a new method for players to acquire UN Credits through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra UN Credits for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of UN Credits! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
