TGIF! Zombie Slayer Updates for September 27, 2024
Happy Friday, players!
While we can’t believe it, September is coming to a close already. It has been a jam packed month with the new Vault Breaker Raid launch, our big Livestream and oh so many events and updates. Thank you to everyone in our community for joining in on so much and with all that said, let’s jump into the news of the week!
In-Game Updates:
We're also releasing a new feature - requested by the players in one of our Discord Community player polls! - As a QOL improvement, we're rolling out an update to our Outbreaks feature (where players will be able to choose between different set amounts of Energy to complete Outbreaks in-game) - See the example below (there will be an energy stepper / multiplier that you can use to apply more Energy to an Outbreak)
This will allow players to tackle more Outbreaks, more efficiently (with the option to use 1x Energy, 2x Energy, 5x Energy and 10x Energy) - Keep in mind this will be rolled out in the latest & upcoming version of our Mobile App (version 3.81.1) - Keep an eye out on the Google PlayStore or Apple iOS Store for the newest update!
Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

General Updates:

We recently released a new method for players to acquire UN Credits through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra UN Credits for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of UN Credits! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
- 25 FP bonus for signing up
- Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
- Switch between devices or logging onto other Kano hosted sites
- Specials offers on Kanoplay
